Just because you CAN make something using eggs as the main ingredient, doesn’t mean that you should. Seriously. If our beautiful hens saw some of the wild creations you humans have been concocting using their eggs, they’d be disgusted. Whenever I see these dishes in the wild, I can’t help but think, “whoever made this was so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn’t stop to think if they should.” That’s a Jurassic Park reference by the way.
